HOA Monthly  Meeting

Creekstone's HOA Monthly Meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 22, 2008, at 6:30 PM, in the clubhouse.

Creekstone is comprised of single family homes with a community clubhouse.  The picture to the left is the clubhouse.  It is comprised of 954 homes.  Creekstone offers a wide range of recreational activities.  We have a large swimming pool, a playground for the children and lighted tennis courts.  In addition, Creekstone has family activities such as the Fourth of July festival and Christmas festivities.

Creekstone is located adjacent to the Cornerstones MUD Greenbelt.  The greenbelt provides a spacious area for riding bikes, walking or running.

Creekstone, in conjunction with its sister neighborhoods, offers 24 hour security patrols conducted by the Precinct 5 Constables.  Creekstone is a safe, friendly, family oriented neighborhood.

The development is located west of Houston.  To reach us, take I-10 west, exit Mason Rd (745).  Turn left on Mason and proceed to Highland Knolls.  At Highland Knolls, take a right and about a 1000 feet is the entrance to Creekstone (Grand Junction).  The development is located in Katy and conveniently close to stores, not to mention one of the bigger Malls in Houston, Katy Mills Mall.  Also, we are part of an award winning school district, Katy ISD.  Creekstone Community is an excellent place to raise a family.

Hurricane Ike Debris Removal

Cornerstones Municipal Utility District has authorized a contractor to come and remove storm debris from the Cornerstones MUD District residents (Creekstone residents). Cornerstones MUD homeowners will be required to get the debris curbside, or as close to curbside as possible.  The contractor will not pick up any metal, or construction type materials.  The contractor will only pick up trees, tree limbs, branches, leaves, and other wood materials such as wood fence material. Cornerstones MUD have stated the contractor will pick up down trees if the down trees are accessible. The contractor will not remove materials from homeowner’s backyards.

Harris County is supposed to be responsible for the storm debris removal. Their instructions are that the debris is to be stacked curbside with the tree, tree limbs, leaves, etc., in one pile and any construction material in another pile.  If the debris has not been removed within a couple of weeks homeowners need to call (713-755-6306) and talk to the County and inquire as to why it hasn’t been picked up.
